We can work with different aesthetic/representation styles, and we tried to separate them by categories, according to each’s complexity:
·BASIC RENDERINGS
Work renderings that show the project in a basic way, perfect for showing the process. (no post-production)

·VIRTUAL SCALE MODEL
Rendering of a virtual simulation of scale model of the building, usually in a more wood-like texturing or in a whiter one.

·CONCEPTUAL COLLAGE
Images in an abstract, collage fashion. Usually for a more conceptual aim of representation. (these can include some 2D and 3D drawings and pictures and texturising, all done in Photoshop in a picturesque manner)

·PHOTOREALISTIC COLLAGE
Still the technique of digital collage (Photoshop), but incorporating some photorealism to it. (these go through through more tedious editing and could include incorporate some particular rendered elements)

·MEDIUM QUALITY RENDERINGS
A rendering with detail, texture and lightning; but with some collage elements in it still, it would be an in between from absolute photorealism and abstraction and basic images. (these are not rendered with ray tracing, but undergo some post-production through Photoshop)

Photorealistic renderings. Interior ones don’t show external views and exterior ones are closer angles that don’t require representing the environment or just a little part of it. (these and the next ones are done by ray tracing and include later post-production and thorough adjustment of the images)

Photorealistic renderings. Interior ones include view towards the outside and exterior ones makes reference to full shots and any wider camera points of view including real environment elements.

We also offer 3d modelling services, and of course 2d drawing/document production too, such as CAD, photoshop and any kind of plan and sheet/layout composition. The prices above work as an accurate reference but there’s always peculiarities in every request, for example if you need several images/views within the same project:

Reference price for the 3d modelling of a standard setting with no complex geometries. (.skp, .3dm, .3ds …)

If you want multiple points of views from the same room or area, where we an reuse the same set up, we’ll just charge an additional fee for each.
